This piece features a man and a bear standing face to face, locked in a silent moment of recognition. While it reflects something deeply personal, it also speaks to a more universal experience: confronting a version of yourself and feeling everything from pride to discomfort. I’ve felt all of those emotions when looking inward, and this sculpture is about honoring that honest reflection.
The sculpture sits on a hand-finished, oil-rubbed walnut base with a custom copper stand. A small copper nameplate on the stand displays K Perrault and the year.
