This sculpture captures a climber suspended from one arm within a crystal cave, caught in a moment that balances danger and grace. The figure hangs effortlessly, body extended and calm, as the rock glimmers below. Though the position is precarious, the climber’s composure transforms it into a meditation on control, trust, and the quiet strength it takes to hold steady in the most uncertain places.

The sculpture sits on a hand-finished, oil-rubbed walnut base with a custom copper stand. A small copper nameplate on the stand displays K Perrault and the year.
