A lone surfer charges down a rough, churning wave—locked into a powerful, aggressive stance. The wave crashes and twists with raw energy, but the surfer meets it head-on, all force and focus. This sculpture captures the intensity of the moment, the grit it takes to hold your line when the ocean pushes back.

The sculpture sits on a hand-finished, oil-rubbed walnut base with a custom copper stand. A small copper nameplate on the stand displays the initials GG and the year.
